Terms & Conditions
Our menu is seasonal and is subject to change along with them.
Menu prices are a guide and are subject to amendment without notice.
El Pintxo Melbourne believe we offer the best combination and quality produce, therefore our menu should not need to be altered. We do not accept amendments for personal dietary requests.
General Booking Conditions
- A minimum spend of $1500 will be required for any booking.
- A deposit of $600 will be required at time of booking.
- We require full payment 7 days prior to your event, along with final menu choices and numbers to be confirmed.
- Once paid in full 7 days prior, your booking will become NON refundable.
General Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations outside 14 days are fully refundable.
- Cancellations within 14 -7 days will forfeit the $600 deposit.
- Cancellations inside 7 days will be fully non-refundable.
Weddings
- A deposit of $1500 NON refundable deposit will be required at time of booking.
- We request full payment 14 days prior to your special day, along with final menu choices and numbers to be confirmed.
- Once paid in full 14 days prior, your booking will become NON refundable.
Staff, Travel & Surcharges applied to all bookings
- Staff will be charged at $45 per person per hour for a minimum of 3 hours.
- The number of staff, hours required and total costing will be discussed at initial inquiry and confirmed prior to booking.
- Travel fees may apply and can be discussed upon inquiry.
- Payments by credit card will incur a 3% surcharge.
- Public Holidays will incur a 15% surcharge on the final bill.
- GST is NOT included and will be added on the final bill.
- El Pintxo Melbourne does NOT accept liability for any food or catering supplied outside of their business.
- El Pintxo Melbourne accept NO liability under any claim whatsoever arising (be it by negligence or otherwise) for any loss over the figure of the existing El Pintxo Melbourne Public Liability Limit of Indemnity. Note that this figure which may change from time to time, is available upon request together with a copy of our Certificate.
