You are not the cheapest Paella on the market. What makes you different from the rest?
Our Chef is Spanish and has a wealth of expertise in Spanish cuisine, along with a Michelin Star background. He believes in integrity, upholding tradition and standards to showcase the authentic way. Our products are always of the highest quality sourced direct from Spain or locally here in Australia. We bring the best service to you.
Why do you charge separately for staff and travel costs?
We believe in transparency and value for our customers. The costs involved for a catering company are comprised differently than that of a restaurant. We don’t include costs for such things as market picks and preparation before the event. As packages will be different cost per customer along with their choice of menu and the amount of hours we are required to be at the event. We believe it’s fairer for everyone if we show you the cost separately.
